Currency & The Marketplace!

Learn how to earn IG money - and how to use it - in the below sections. Please keep in mind that, as the game has just launched, this section may be edited in the near future; for example, if we find that it is too hard, or too easy, to earn things we may change stuff around to make sure you have a fun challenge every time!

Bones

  • Bones are the most common form of currency both in character and out of character. Bones are represented by a B followed by a number, for example, B20 is 20 bones.

  • In character, they are represented by small gold pieces, hammered thin and cut into a stereotypical bone shape. There is a maker's mark which glows green when touched, imprinted across the coin to prevent counterfeiting (though some do try).

  • Bones are typically earned by completing everyday posts, and are also among the most common type of "miscellaneous" reward characters will receive for quests and events. If you feel like it's been too easy or too hard to earn what you want please reach out to Signe!

Achieivement Ribbons

  • Achievement Ribbons are unique rewards given to players and characters for meeting specific goals and game milestones. Ribbons can be worn by your character In Game to show off how great they are, will be listed in your bank, and - maybe best of all - can be spent to buy yourself some really expensive, unique, rare, and crazy items that you would have to spend a lot of bones or time in order to earn ordinarily! Stock available in the Achievements Store will also change from time to time, so if you don't see anything you'd like to get right away, check back in a week or two!

  • Each Achievement will grant you a single Ribbon and, as with most things, players will need to post on the Updates board in order to claim them (though we will try to remind you when you can claim something!). Each Achievement can only be earned once, unless we specifically state otherwise, but we will always do our best to make sure there are plenty of opportunities to earn Ribbons.

  • There are currently two types of Achievement Ribbons available: Lifetime Achievements (LAs) and Character Achievements (CAs). Lifetime Achievements are those awarded to you, the player, for completing specific lifetime goals with any/all of your characters. Character Achievements are those that are awarded to your characters; these Achievements are unique because they can be earned only once by a character, but all characters can earn them (this means you could have 3 of the same CAs, for example, all earned by a different character of yours).

  • The exchange rate for Ribbons can vary; if you elect to trade your Ribbon for Bones we will ask a RNG for a number between B500 and B4000. Prizes you can buy with Ribbons are typically far more valuable than the lower end of the range, though, so exchanging them can be a bit of a gamble!
